   – Sales Manage can Create Route plan for different sales executives if required sales representative can send a       request to change in route plan using PDA which need to be approved from Sales manager.
  Sales & Budgeting Information
   – Sales Manager can Prepare Sales Budget and Collection Budget Customer wise using Web Application and all       the Budget Information will be Transferred to PDA at any time before the Sales representative reaches the       Customer Location.
  Complaint Handling Information
   – Complaints Logging / Closure / Status can be maintained in PDA and WEB application and the management       can see the latest status of a complaint at any time.
  Stock Information
   – Sales Executive can log Merino Stock and Competitor stock using PDA at Customer place and Sales       Representative can upload the stock related information at any time to reporting office or HO.
  Commitments to Customer
   – Sales Representative can Maintain and view different types of commitments using PDA, and the management       also can see the status of commitments which are promised to customers using web application.
  Order Management
   – Sales Representative can Enquire or place Order using PDA at customer place and sales order can be uploaded       to Merino Database application and after proper validation the sales order will be uploaded to BAAN application       directly.
  Reporting System
   – Top management and Sales Manager Can view the latest Updated Data in different Reports using WEB       Application.
   – Management can view different Key reports by which they can put special attention on different products and       issues.
