Customer Intro : Mahindra First Choice (MFC) belongs to one of the largest automotive company in India with interest in Tractors, Cars, SUV’s, Two wheelers sales turnover over USD 11.0 Billion, is in the business of buying and selling of used vehicles.

Business Situation: Provide mobile access to Sales people to sell or buy used car from prospective customers without wasting time as the market is very competitive. The users were allowed to enter the details of the vehicle to be purchased; the server after going through various iterations sends back the tentative price. The price if agreed by the customer is entered in the server and locked.

Business Solution: Our Mobile solution, acting as a middleware seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Navision which has the entire algorithm for evaluation of the vehicle. Some sample processes and sample screens are being depicted herein for better understanding.

Procurement Process

  1. The main menu provides for user to capture details like Lead creation, Lead Edit, Vehicle detail, Edit Vehicle detail, Vehicle evaluation, Follow up etc through the mobile application .
  2. The user can further capture the Photo of customer, ID details, and other documents details through photo capture and attach with the application. Also takes care of the KYC norms.
  3. Signature of the customer can also be captured on the mobile application thus completing the application process quickly.
  4. Upload the captured data into the Customer acquisition system/ LM system for approval. The in principle approval can be obtained based on certain predetermined parameters.
  5. A comprehensive follow process ensures that all potential customers are attended and followed up.
  6. Edit of such follow up’s based on the response are also captured.
  7. Upload the captured data into the Customer acquisition system/ LM system.

Sales Process

  1. The main menu provides for user to capture details like Lead creation, Lead Edit, Vehicle detail, Edit Vehicle detail, Vehicle evaluation, Follow up and most important vehicle stock etc through the mobile application.
  2. The Lead list can also be populated part from creation of Lead.
  3. Signature of the customer can also be captured on the mobile application thus completing the application process quickly.
  4. Upload the captured data into the Customer acquisition system/ LM system for approval. The in principle approval can be obtained based on certain predetermined parameters.

Customer Intro: A state government of Andhra Pradesh project of automation of the public distribution system in the district of Nizamabad, AP, India

Business Situation: The government wanted to prevent leakage of essential commodities being supplied to the poor people through the public distribution system. They wanted the vendor to develop a system of Hand held devices which could synchronise with the central server and update the transaction details, so that reconciliation of the stock could be done. Also the people who would verify their finger print on the device will be allowed to draw their quota of grains.

Business Situation: The nature of the customers being small ticket and far flung from the urban areas, the company wanted to leverage the mobiles to collect various information. The Company wanted to collect all the information regarding the customers from the field along with the photo id of the customers. The collection details of the customers were also to be collected by the agent and the upload the same to the main server.
